How long does a session take?
Most headshot sessions take anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. If you have multiple outfit changes, we can lengthen the sessions to fit your session.
When will I receive my headshots?
Individual headshot sessions have a same day turnaround.
How much are headshot sessions?
Individual sessions have a $400 sitting fee. This includes 1 hand-retouched headshot.
Should I get my hair and makeup done?
All up to you! We provide professional hair and makeup if you’re interested in adding it to your session.
Do you photograph outdoors, indoors or both?
Both! If you are looking for a location headshot, just let us know and we will custom book your session.
Do you show images during the session so I can see how they’re turning out?
Yes! I will have our session pulled up so you can see your headshots in person. You will have your entire proofing gallery to choose from.

What if not everyone can be there on the scheduled day?
We offer make-up session options and flexible scheduling. We’ll also match the look and lighting of the original session so everything stays consistent.
How quickly will we receive the final images?
Final edited and retouched images are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, but we can accommodate faster turnaround if needed.
How are images delivered and organized?
If requested, each team member receives a private gallery with their own files. We also rename all final images with each person’s name and job title to make your internal organization effortless.
How long does it take per person, and will it disrupt the workday?
We average about 5–10 minutes per person and use a seamless scheduling system to stagger appointments efficiently with minimal downtime.
Do you photograph teams at our office or do we come to you?
We bring the studio to you. Our setup is compact and professional, perfect for office spaces, event venues, or conferences.
Can we add group shots or team photos during the same session?
Yes! We can schedule time for group or leadership team photos as part of the same shoot day — just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Do you handle scheduling or do we need to organize that ourselves?
We offer an online scheduling system your team can use to book their own time slots. No spreadsheets or back-and-forth emails needed.
Do you photograph at conferences or corporate events?
Yes, we specialize in large-scale headshot activations and can include lead collection tools if you're using the event for brand engagement.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for best availability, though we may be able to accommodate last-minute sessions depending on the schedule.
